Overview for Return Policy:

Items purchased from 3amreen can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the shipment in most cases. Please note that some products may have specific policies or requirements associated with them.

The cost of returning the product to the warehouse that the customer will pay after receipt in accordance with the terms and conditions and the delivery policy.

Return requests will only be processed under the following conditions:

Once the shipping company receives your returned product, please allow up to 15 days for processing. Marketplace Seller orders may take up to two weeks. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your payment card statement.

Products labeled as “non-returnable” on the product details page cannot be returned, except in cases of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In such instances, a full refund or replacement will be provided after confirmation. We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing any refunds or replacements.

Exchanges may be oMered for eligible products. If the desired exchange product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Please be aware that abusing the return policy, such as excessive returns or returning items not in their original condition, may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, blocks, or cancellations of customer accounts by 3amreen.

Return Policy for International Products:

  • The product was not damaged during your possession.

  • The product matches what was originally shipped.

  • The item is returned in its original condition, preferably sealed and unopened,

    with the original manufacturer packaging, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included.

Most items can be returned within 1 to 2 days of receiving the delivery. It may take up to two to four weeks for the product to reach us once returned.

For 3amreen international products, the return process can take up to 30 days for the item to reach us. Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return. After processing, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account. The refund will be reflected in your bank statement, based on your chosen refund method.

Note: International products are not eligible for replacement.

Once the product is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your bank account.

Baby supplies

Baby items can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, provided they are in their original packaging, sealed, and unused. 3amreen reserves the right to reject returns of children’s items for hygienic reasons or if the packaging does not allow verification of non-use.

Baby products fulfilled by 3amreen  are eligible for free return shipping. If the return is not a result of an error by 3amreen, we will not refund the original shipping charges.

Clothes, shoes, and accessories

These products can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of delivery. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a free replacement may be available.
To ensure a successful refund or exchange, please keep the item in its original condition with all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact. Certain items like underwear, lingerie sets, and stockings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, if a damaged or incorrect product is delivered, please contact us for assistance.

Jewellery, luggage, handbags, and watches

If you choose the self-shipping option, please ensure that jewellery and watch products valued at AED 150 or more are returned using a trackable method. These items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a free replacement, if available. To facilitate a successful refund or exchange, please keep the item in its original condition with the branded outer box, attached brand/price tags, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging. Baggage products with locks must be returned opened.

Computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

These products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery as long as the seal on the product packaging remains unbroken. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a photo of the product and a trademark certificate from the manufacturer (for defective items from Xiaomi, Samsung, or Apple) may be required for a free replacement, if available. To ensure successful receipt of the product, please keep it in its original condition with the branded outer box, attached brand/price tags, user manual, warranty cards, CDs, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging. Defects identified outside the 7-day return period may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product detail page.

Before returning products containing personal information, such as laptops and cameras, please include all accessories, remove passwords or security locks, and erase stored data. For Apple devices, sign out/erase your iCloud account and remove personal data.

Home, kitchen, and furniture

such as cabinets, drawers, shelves, home decor, lighting, sofas, beds, mattresses, cookware, appliances, mixers, grinders, and cooking supplies. We want to inform you that these items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or diMerent product, you can request a free replacement if one is available. Please ensure that the product is kept in its original condition, including the branded outer box, attached brand/price tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging for a successful return process. For defects identified beyond the 7-day return period, you may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as indicated on the product detail page.

Large appliances

(TVs, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, and large sports equipment) the same return policy applies within 7 days of delivery as long as the product packaging seal is intact. If you receive a damaged, defective, or diMerent product, please send us a photo to request a free replacement if one is available. Once again, please keep the product in its original condition with all accessories included for a successful return process. For defects identified beyond the 15-day return period, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply as stated on the product detail page.

Hazardous Material.

Hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gases, are not eligible for returns.

Perfumes

All perfumes are non-returnable.

Cosmetic products

These products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or diMerent from what was ordered. In such cases, a free replacement may also be available. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories for a successful return process.

Personal care Products:

Shavers, hair removal devices, scales, medical devices, blood pressure monitors, mobility aids, breathing devices, hand and foot massagers… etc.
These products are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. In the rare event that a damaged, defective, or different product is delivered, you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
